    The Junior Achievement Young Entrepreneur Marketplace is the ultimate chance for entrepreneurs up to 21 years old (and college students) to sell their products, in person, to the public. This one-day outdoor event is open to youth with an existing or new business. No experience necessary. In partnership with the Young Leaders of Northern Indiana Farmers Market, in downtown Fort Wayne, youth will have an excellent opportunity to gain experience operating a business and promoting their hand-produced goods to over 5,000 visitors. Young entrepreneurs can sell beaded jewelry, greeting cards, bath products, home-baked goodies, artwork, clothing, and more! Registered entrepreneurs will be provided a table and chairs. Early Bird registration is only $15.00 to register your business before June 1, 2020. Enter Promo Code: EARLY BIRD. The registration fee is $25.00 after June 2, 2020, so don’t delay!     This fun day-camp is open to students entering grades 6-8 in the 2020-2021 school year. Campers will spend 5 days developing entrepreneurial and leadership skills through fun, interactive games, field trips, activities, plus the opportunity to engage with local entrepreneurs that will inspire them to someday make business ownership a reality! Daily lunch and a cool t-shirt included! Space is limited. Scholarships are available.

The Fort Wayne chapter of Job’s Daughters International is holding a dinner and a movie fundraiser, A Night in New Orleans, on Friday, March 6, from 5:30 to 9:30 PM at the Mizpah Shrine Center at 1015 Memorial Way. The event includes a Cajun shrimp boil dinner, a New Orleans based movie starring Elvis, and dinner entertainment with Elvis tribute artists, Alvie Ellenwine and the Sweet Sensations.

    Tickets are $25, a great price for a fun night out! Advance purchase tickets are required as there is limited seating. Tickets will not be sold at the door. Tickets may be purchased from any Job’s Daughter, or at .
