OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES
”Kendallville Powersports Giveaway”

How to Enter the Contest:

The Kendallville Powersports Giveaway contest will begin on April 29th, 2019 and end on May 11th, 2019. To participate in the contest, listen to Classic Hits 101.7 each weekday from 7am-7pm for the contest to be played on Classic’s 101.7. Call 260-426-5343 for a chance to win a raffle ticket from Kendallville Powersports and VFW 857,

which will be your chance to win a Honda Monkey, Honda Rebel or Honda TRX 250TM ATV.

Eligibility Restrictions:

The contest is open to all Classic Hits 101.7 listeners who are 18 years of age or older and who reside in the Classic Hits 101.7 listening area. To participate, you must live in the Fort Wayne metropolitan area, consisting of Allen, Whitley, Dekalb, Wells, Adams, Huntington, Steuben, Jay, Noble counties in Indiana and Defiance, Van Wert, and Paulding counties in Ohio. Employees of Sarkes Tarzian, Inc., participating sponsors/promotional partners, other radio stations in the Fort Wayne metropolitan area and members of their respective families are ineligible to participate or win. Family members are parents, children, spouses, those in spouse-like relationship and siblings, in-laws (including those in step-and half relationships when living in the same household). Anyone who has been employed by or interned with Sarkes Tarzian, Inc. is also ineligible.

Prize:

2 – raffle tickets for a chance to win your choice of Honda Monkey, Honda Rebel or Honda TRX 250TM ATV. The value of the raffle ticket is $10. Raffle license #148310.

Raffle tickets are not transferable and may not be substituted for or redeemed for cash.

Selection of Winners:

A random drawing for either the Honda Monkey, Honda Rebel or Honda TRX 250TM ATV will be held on May 18th, 2019 from all the raffle tickets sold by Kendallville Powersports, Veterans Connect 211 and Associated American Legions as well as those raffle tickets given away by Classic Hits 101.7. The odds of winning will depend on the number of tickets distributed. The raffle is solely administered by VFW 857.

Conditions:

Payment of all federal, state and local taxes is the sole responsibility of the winner.

Classic Hits 101.7 is not responsible for any telephone outages or malfunctions. The only way to win a raffle ticket is to be the chosen caller during the contest.

By participating in the contest, the winner agrees to allow their name, voice and/or likeness to be used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to this contest for a period of one year without additional financial or other compensation.

Contest winners are required to sign a receipt verifying eligibility prior to acceptance of any prize of more than nominal value. Before claiming a prize, contest winners are also required to sign a liability release if the prize to be awarded is valued at $600 or greater., If the contest or prize entails dangerous or potentially dangerous activity, or if the prize includes the provision of transportation, whether or not such transportation is provided by Classic Hits 101.7, pursuant to the Liability Release and Travel Release, the winner will agree to hold Classic Hits 101.7, Sarkes Tarzian, Inc., and the respective officers, shareholders, directors, employees, agents and representatives of each of them harmless from and against any and all claims or liability arising directly or indirectly from the prize or participation in the contest.

These rules are subject to the interpretation of Classic Hits 101.7. Any aspect of these rules, including the substitution of a prize or prizes of equivalent or greater value, can be changed at the discretion of Classic Hits 101.7, and such changes will become effective upon on-air or other appropriate announcement.

No purchase is necessary to Classic Hits 101.7. The contest is void where prohibited.

Decisions of station management with respect to the contest on Classic Hits 101.7 are final.

Failure to comply with the contest rules may result in a contestant’s disqualification, at the sole discretion of Classic Hits 101.7.

Classic Hits 101.7 is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering or the administration of the contest or in the announcements of any prize.
